With over 15 years of experience as responsible for negotiating sovereign and corporate debt securities, credit swaps and credit instruments in the Brazilian market.
Carlos Tonanni was the head trader of corporate and sovereign debt for Brazil/Latam at BNP Paribas, ING and Credit-Suisse/Garantia, responsible for both the banks' proprietary positions and trading with clients.
Carlos holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and was a member of the Board of Directors of Abyara, Klabin and Agra between 2009 and 2010.

Architect, postgraduate in Structuring and Management of Real Estate Projects from Mackenzie and graduated in the FGV MBA – Civil Construction Executive, has more than 17 years of experience in company and business management in the Civil Construction Market.
He has worked on several real estate projects in the residential, commercial, logistics and industrial segments, together with several construction and development companies, such as Opta, Víbia, Crescer, ncora, Alianza and Costa Feitosa.
He has extensive experience in land analysis, technical and financial feasibility, conceptualization and supervision of real estate projects and products, legal approval processes, in addition to the management and supervision of the execution of works and delivery of projects.
